A water-soluble mineral acid-based detergent, degreaser, and descaler, primarily used for heavy-duty washing and brightening of brick and concrete surfaces. Darco Brick Wash is also effective for dissolving proteinaceous and calcareous deposits that form during food processing, including milk stone and calcium/mineral/scale deposits, as well as animal fat, oil, and grease.
It is biodegradable and registered with the Canadian Food Agency as an acceptable product for use in food establishments. It does not contain any chlorinated solvents, phosphates, or ethoxylaterd nonyl phenols. Darco Brick Wash is safe on most equipment and building materials.
Darco Brick Wash is safe on plastic and stainless steel. Do not use on soft metals such as aluminum, copper, or brass. It is also recommended for post-alkali cleaning neutralizer.

Dilute the product 4 to 5 times with water
Using a trigger sprayer or garden sprayer, spray a fine mist directly onto the surface to be cleaned
Allow it to soak for a few seconds to several minutes (or more depending on the extent of deposit)
Rinse, and re-rinse with potable water
Rust Removal:
Loosen rust with sandpaper or sand blasting
Mix 1 part of product with 4 parts of water
Warm water recommended
Immerse parts for about 10 minutes
Rinse with potable water and blow dry
If applicable, paint over top as soon as the parts are dry
