Darco Acid Cleaner (Brick Wash)
DESCRIPTION:
A water soluble mineral acid based product. The primary application of this product is for use in heavy duty cleaning such as animal fat, oil and grease cleaning. It is an excellent concrete and scale remover. Cleaner is water soluble, biodegradable heavy duty industrial acid detergent, degreaser and scale remover. It is registered with the Canadian Food Agency as an acceptable product for use in food establishments. It does not contain any chlorinated solvents and phosphates and ethoxylaterd nonyl phenols. It is safe on most equipment and building materials.

PURPOSE:
The primary application of this product is to dissolve proteinaceous and calcareous deposits that form during food processing. To clean any food equipment dilute the product 4 to 5 times with water. Allow it to soak for about 30 minutes or more depending on the extent of deposit. Empty rinse and re-rinse with potable water. Safe on plastic and stainless steel. Do not use on soft metals such as aluminium, copper, brass. It is also recommended for post alkali cleaning neutralizer.
FOR RUST REMOVAL:
Remove all surfaces and lose rust with sand paper or sand blasting. Mix 1 part of product with 4 parts of water, warm preferable. Immerse parts for about 10 minutes, remove rinse with potable water and blow dry. Paint as soon the parts are dry.
