PURPOSE:
The primary application of this product is to dissolve burned and caramelised food deposits that form during food processing. To clean any food equipment mix about 1 lbs of product per 2 gallons of water. Allow it to cook for about 30 minutes or more depending on the extent of deposit. Empty rinse and re rinse with potable water. Safe on plastic and stainless steel. Do not use on soft metals such as aluminium, copper, brass.
