Disinfection:
Mix 1 part of product to 62 parts of water
Apply solution
Allow it to remain for 10 minutes

Mildewstat:
To control mold and mildew on pre-cleaned, hard non-porous surfaces:
Mix 1 part of product to 62 parts of water
Wet surfaces completely.
Let it air dry
Repeat application at weekly intervals or when mildew growth reappears
Sanitizing:
To sanitize pre-cleaned, rinsed, non-porous food contact surfaces:
Prepare 200 ppm active QUAT solution by adding 1 part of product to 62 parts of water
Allow solution to remain in contact with surface for at least 60 seconds
Let it air dry
Prepare fresh solution for each use.
At 1 part cleaner to 62 parts water, this product exhibits effective disinfectant activity against Escherichia coli, Salmonella choleress, and Staphlyococcus aurous. At this level the product is also fungicidal against the pathogenic fungi Trichophyton mentagrophytes.
At 1 part per 62 parts dilution, this product is an effective hospital disinfectant and demonstrates activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Efficacy tests have demonstrated that this product is an effective bactericide, fungicide, and virucide in the presence of organic soil (5% blood serum). This product is an effective sanitizer when diluted with water up to 250 ppm hardness (CaCO₃).
