PURPOSE:
For cleaning walls, food processing equipments, and anything that can cleaned with water and detergent.
DESCRIPTION:
This product is manufactured from synthetic surfactants and inorganic and organic builders. It is formulated to produce thick foam which sticks to vertical surfaces thus allowing optimum contact time. The emulsifiers and other builder ingredients help to break up and dislodge food particles thus facilitating easy rinsing.
This product is not a sanitizer hence subsequent application of Sanitiser at the rate of 200ppm is necessary to attain sufficient germ control.
APPLICATION:
Usually dispensed via a foam applicator provided with air supply. In the presence of water and air RINSOL 2000 becomes a thick foam which will adhere to any vertical surface providing maximum contact time. Rinse with potable water. Water temperature, Water pressure, dwell time, concentration of chemical are important to achieve good results.
DILUTION:
As may be necessary to give thick and rich foam. Use at the rate of about 2 ozs per gallon of warm water.
