Darco T-126 Parts Cleaner Liquid is an aluminum-safe low-foaming degreaser for use in a parts washer machine. It is especially effective for cleaning heavily soiled auto parts, such as gearboxes and engine exteriors.
Water-soluble and solvent-based, it is a buffered solution which maintains detergency over a long period of time. It works cold or hot, but its effectiveness increases with increased solution temperature.
A 2% solution is recommended as a starter solution and may be increased when the strength drops.
Empty previously used solution and rinse well to remove all sludge at the bottom
Add water and heat to a desirable temperature (140-180 °F/60-82 °C)
Add T-126 liquid. The machine is now ready for use.
Load parts in the upper tray, close lid, and run for about 10 minutes
Remove and blow dry to prevent flash rust
Regularly skim off the oil and grease that will separate to prevent it from re-depositing back on to the parts
